    My appointment was for 11:30 am I arrived at 10:50 am. They accepted my vehicle right away. I was told this would be a 2 and 1/2 hour service. My vehicle was not ready until 3:00pm that day. No one contacted me to let me know there was a delay. If you would send status updates it would help elevate some aggravation and gain you some understanding from your customers. Beyond that, everyone was very nice and the resulting service to my car was great. Thanks, Christy
