    The VW service department was going through some leadership turnover which caused a delay in troubleshooting and resolving the issue. Once new leadership was in place, communication improved significantly and our issue was resolved in 3 days.

    I drop of my car around 2:45 pm and handed key to staff they asked me if I want to wait here I said yes than later around 4:30 they called me and said we can see your car here but you did not drop off keys. I said I did 1 and half hour ago so they were clueless until than so wasted almost 4 hours

    I recently had a disappointing experience with the service department. My service advisor, Andrew, was difficult to reach for updates. He did not return my calls, and I had to contact the front desk multiple times to get any information. At one point, I was told the car was being washed and would be ready the next day due to the unavailability of a shuttle. When I offered to pick it up after the wash, I was then told I could only do so if I was willing to skip the wash entirely. Since I needed my car urgently, I agreed. As a physician with a busy schedule and only one vehicle, the lack of timely communication, absence of a loaner car, and delays in service were particularly inconvenient. This has been my first negative experience with your service team, and I hope future visits will reflect the high standards I’ve come to expect.

    They were able to get me in fairly quickly and they had my car ready sooner than I anticipated, especially considering it was a holiday weekend! Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly.
