Service dept didn’t communicate well with me about if they looked at it, status,etc until I blew up. One guy, Andrew I think was good. They wrote down wrong mileage and warranty wasn’t covered, but then found out mileage was wrong and I was covered! Car was towed there due to stalling. Needed a new fuel tank due to deformation.

This was my second time visiting this service department and both times the experience has not been up to my expectations. On this last visit I had an 830am appointment and at 1100 am I questioned how much longer before they knew why check engine light was on. I was told they were short staffed and my car would be next, I informed them I had to leave by 1pm due to another appointment. I followed up at 12 and at 1250 I finally said I have to go can I have my car. I was them told I had a blown oil pan or something like that but my paperwork says something different. I will be taking to another dealership. I had also ywst driven a new vehicle about a week ago there and was debating trading in. If I get a VW it will be at a different dealership.

It takes entirely too long to have a simple oil change- 2.5 hours!! Also, they rotated my tires without my requesting it or my permission. These were brand new tires so it didn’t really matter, but that was that much more time wasted. You guys need to realize, the customers time is just as important as yours

The service advisor that was assigned to me, David Faulkner never kept the line of communication open. I had to constantly reach out to him and the service center to get any kind of updates on my vehicle repairs. What was supposed to have only be a 4-hour job turned into a week.

Had to bring an extra vehicle from our home town that’s an hour away bc they don’t have enough loaner vehicles. I’ve been to so many dealerships. They always have something used to drive. Especially when there is an update that’s 3-4 hours long.
