Easy to schedule, timely and attentive service. Appreciated that there was a shuttle service to take me to work and pick me up once completed.

The person at your service desk kept trying to assure me everything was okay and taken care of but could not tell me what had been done. I asked several questions and he dreamed up an answer or kept telling me my battery had been changed because the machine told them or they made it tell them the battery was bad. I finally asked him to see the manager at 9 am in the morning and was told he was busy or out to lunch. I asked the managers name as was told it was Paul but the guy could not remember his last name. I remind you this was in the service department area and not another area in the building. This was the second time may car was in there for the same reason. I will not be using this service department again. I will find a different one in Little Rock Arkansas.
