I have had to take my care to the dealership multiple times since I bought it. Just seems like every time I bring it to your facility a new problem pops up a few weeks after I pick it up.

My recent experiences with VW service have been terrible to the point that while I have loved my VW and would consider getting another, it would not be from your dealership. Among the issues are lack of communication, incompetence, and just being way way too busy. I have little to no confidence in your service department to actually address or resolve my issues in a timely manner, and its not due to any one individual. Its very clear that there are persisting management issues that have created this environment. My car was there March- May and you all did not fully complete the repair, resulting in a repeat visit. What should have been done in one day took over two weeks to complete, with very poor communication throughout the process.

Check in for service and check out was a little out of sync. Other than that mostly OK.
