Check in for service and check out was a little out of sync. Other than that mostly OK.

The mechanic recommended services before looking at my car that totaled $1,100 purely based on looking at my vin# history. I opted for the oil change, multi point inspection, and spark plug change. I had an appointment at 10, I didn't get processed by the service rep until 10:35, and I didn't get my car back until 2:30. I know it only takes 30 minutes to do an oil change, about 20-30 minutes to change spark plugs, and maybe an hour to do the multi point. There is no way it should've taken 4.5 hours for my car to get serviced when I had a scheduled appointment time. Also, 1 spark plug should not cost 45 dollars, a cabin air filter should not cost 100 dollars, and an engine air filter should only cost 100$. I can buy and replace those myself for less than they were charging me for one filter. I will never return to Volkswagen of little rock ever again.
