Pleased overall with the experience but did not appreciate the gamesmanship of arriving at the final price. Worked with this dealership in the past for two purchases when it was Owens Murphy, and it was a more straightforward process. Sales person was very nice but very new. Has a lot to learn about VW vehicles and the process.

Terrible. As usual the desk staff has no idea what the previous service staff discussed with customer. There is never a timely call back as promised in original car check in. Cost is outrageous and it's clear the objective is to meet the daily overhead. I get the feeling everybody is just "winging it", and hope the customer don't get too pissed off. Between the poor service and sky high cost, I only use your service center as last resort. It's like my car is being held hostage and I have to ransom it's return.
