I had an excellent car buying experience with VW of Little Rock Arkansas. The dealer had a friendly team that truly listened and strived to meet my needs. I offered a fair buying price below the MSRP value, and it was accepted. The whole process was quick and efficient, from walking in to driving out. I highly recommend this dealership with out any hesitation to friends and family, and I will definitely return if needed.

I interacted with 2 salesman. The first was over the phone and helped me set up an appointment and then he never showed. The second was not transparent through the paperwork process and didn’t even give me the incentive price that was shown online. Then I had to make an hour long drive back to the dealership just to get the floor mats that were not left in the vehicle.
