The people were very helpful but my breaks are still extremely loud. Online seems to tell me this is an issue with my car and i need new ceramic break pads that most people cant get replaced. The noise is so loud people look at me when stopping. Its a defect in thecar and it took on online search to know that but i came here three times with no transparency or honesty about this. That or they truly dont know which is more concerning. They fixed other things each time which im greatful for- but was not the issue, but presented to me like it was fixing my issue. It is not a good feeling to have a pretty new vehicle that makes it impossible to drive without clunky loud noises.
