The tecnitians had trouble reprogramming so I was sent home in a nice loaner. The next day my car was delivered and the loaner was taken back. So far, my car is operating well.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Volkswagen of Little Rock. My experience started off poorly when I was completely ignored by the sales team upon arrival. It wasn’t until I made it clear that I was ready to leave and take my business elsewhere that a salesman finally acknowledged me. Even then, the service I received was mediocre at best. The salesman barely gave me time to explain what I was looking for, rushing through the process and only covering the bare minimum details about the vehicle’s features. To make matters worse, when I brought up legitimate grievances about imperfections with the vehicle, both the sales reps and the sales manager seemed dismissive and indifferent to my concerns. I felt disregarded and as though my feelings didn’t matter at all. I chose Volkswagen because I expected a higher level of service, but I can confidently say that I’ve had far better experiences at Toyota. I expected more from a brand like Volkswagen, but this dealership completely failed to deliver. I would not recommend Volkswagen of Little Rock based on my experience.
