    I had an appointment for a tire rotation and my first oil change service along with a recall to update the infotainment system. I was told before my appointment that it would take about 3-4 hours and then when I arrived at 11am I was told it would be done by 2pm at the latest but I had till 6pm to pick it up. I arrived back at about 2:30pm and was told it should be done soon and I would receive a call when it’s done. My ride had to leave by 3:30pm so I went back and was informed that they had yet to even start on anything and it was about 3:45pm at this point. Someone apologized and called the techs and then told me it would for sure be done by 5pm. At 5pm I checked on the progress again and was told that it had just came back and they were about to do the software update and that it would be ready soon. So from 11am-5pm all that had been completed was the tire rotation and oil change when I had been told it would be done by 2pm at the latest. If I had known it would take 6 hours just to rotate my tires and change my oil while I’m an hour away from home, I would never have had my service performed here.

    The service department of Volkswagen of Little Rock was exceptional. The staff was both professional and personable, listening to my concerns and taking the time to deal with them efficiently and effectively. I had purchased my ID4 from a VW dealer in North Little Rock who performed all service and maintenance for over 2 1/2 years since purchase, until total frustration and disappointment led me to explore other options. It was the best decision I could have made in this regard. I unequivocally recommend Little Rock VW for a car dealership experience that will be memorable in a good way.

    My recent experiences with VW service have been terrible to the point that while I have loved my VW and would consider getting another, it would not be from your dealership. Among the issues are lack of communication, incompetence, and just being way way too busy. I have little to no confidence in your service department to actually address or resolve my issues in a timely manner, and its not due to any one individual. Its very clear that there are persisting management issues that have created this environment. My car was there March- May and you all did not fully complete the repair, resulting in a repeat visit. What should have been done in one day took over two weeks to complete, with very poor communication throughout the process.
