problem was not fixed. i was supposed to receive a courtesy vehicle and they refused to help get me one for the three days they kept my car. i have to wait a month or more to get an appointment, so when i picked my car up and noticed it wasn't fixed, i went back to the dealership to schedule another appointment; i called around that date and found the appointment was never actually scheduled. now im waiting ANOTHER month to get back in.
