I was told that I would get a complimentary car wash and vacuum. The care was not washed; it was rinsed off. The car was not vacuumed. I was disappointed. I didn’t have time to complain about it because I had other things on my list of things to do.

The warrant I bought is worth no money as I was told that my brakes are only covered for a year eventhough I bought a 5 year warranty… nothing like that was mentioned when I bought the warranty

Hard to make an appointment. Only received updates after I called multiple times. Was told car would be ready next day. When I called to learn what time my car would be ready I was told it would not be completed that day. There was a lack of customer service at most interactions throughout this process. I will not be back for service and recommend others go somewhere else, too.
