This was our first time to have a 10k mile oil change and maintenance for our new Taos. We made the appointment for 9:30am. my daughter brought the car in before 9:30am. It was 12:20pm before sheedt the dealership. Being our first time take deal with the service department for this type of maintenance, maybe I was not aware that a simple oil change would take almost 3 hours. If this is normal, then the client should be notified of this when the appointment is made. We would not have had our daughter sit there for 3 hours waiting on the vehicle. It would've taken longer had they completed the service with a car wash. My daughter told them she did not want to wait any longer and just took the car as is.

I was there 3.5 hours to get service. Completed 1 of 4 services/ recalls. Last 2 times serviced, alert for service not reset and had to return to get alert reset. Asked them to call me when I left to schedule next service that requires 2 days so I could schedule when loaner car available. I called back 3 days later to schedule.

Paid for tire rotation. Did not perform. Asked to change driver rear wheel. Changed the front right instead. Then the left front instead of left rear. Damaged lug nut cap.

Everything was very professional. They waited on daughter and I get back there to buy. Salesman and saleswoman were very professional and friendly. Finance manager explained everything great , we picked up extended warranty and Gap(must have). Sales manger was very professional as well made sure to make my daughter and I feel welcome. Last, I have purchased, 2 fords , and Audi, and a Honda I in last 3 years and got nothing but a tee shirt with dealership name on it. They game me a Volkswagen polo….
