e recall didn't happen. And that was the second time the car had been there for recalls to be told after dropping the car off that the parts were not there. I'd been told it would take all day for the recall repair. It wasn't a question of why I was bringing the car in. This all followed calling multiple times to make the appointment and never having someone pick up the phone. I even tried the text message option which took 24 hours to respond to. After leaving the car around 9. I got a call at maybe 1:30 telling me the car was ready to pick up because the parts were not available. I texted and called to get a shuttle. No answer. I called back and the Land Rover side sent the shuttle. I arrived to get the car around 4:30. Three hours after the service had been completed. In the receipt it shows that it had been washed. It had not. The guy who had been managing things pulled the car around, handed me the key and told me that it was next in line but they were slow. It completed a terrible experience. And I will find a new dealership now.

I have a very hectic schedule and scheduling oil changes can be very overwhelming due to my schedule changing on a day to day basis. I was able to call the dealership on April 2nd late in the afternoon and request a drop off oil change on the following day. They said that would be fine. I was at the dealership at 7:30 am and was able to drop off my car. Severe weather was coming in and instead of me trying to come get my car in the middle of it they sent there shuttle driver to come pick me at my work. Service was completed and I was a very happy customer. Customer Service was outstanding.
