I was told ahead of time how long it would take to fix my vehicle so I could plan accordingly. They found an empty office that I could use to work from my computer for the entirety of the time I was there. I was updated via text and an employee about the status of my vehicle during my visit.

Upon scheduling the appointment I was informed it would be a 10-20 minute repair. After an hour waiting, the service desk wasn’t sure of status. Would have preferred a realistic timeline and updates throughout the process.
