    The customer service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive to me, and solicited repeat business between the dealer & I without being overbearing. It was a pleasant, first-time experience.

    I made appointment for the service. Got my car there early- (8:00) appt at 9:00. It should have been done that day. It wasn’t. I was given a loaner call to drive home, but I live 2 hrs away. Had to drive back 2 hrs to dealership.

    For it being a first service on a new vehicle it took a lot longer than I was expecting. Also the car wash was just that. A run through an automated car wash. No interior cleaning at all. Lastly, No free tire rotation, and an extremely high charge to have them do a tire rotation.

    The communication is terrible. I have called six times in a row, only to be disconnected by the call system, hung up on in the middle of a voicemail, or I hear nothing at all when the call connects. Also, it is impossible to get a hold of someone in the service department who is actually taking care of your car. There is no update while your car is in the service department. I was also told parts for my car would be in last week and after multiple attempts to track down a human, VW apparently still has not received them.
